Account Deletion

Would you like to delete your Squash Players App account?

The fastest, best, and easiest way is to DIY via the app:

1. Open and login to the app on your Android or iOS phone
2. Navigate to Settings (top-left hamburger menu) > Account > Delete Account
3. You’ll be asked “are you sure?”, so make you are before clicking “Yes”

After you delete your account:

1. You can no longer login.
2. All personally identifiable information will be deleted/anonymised
   • Name
   • Email address
   • Phone number (if you supplied it).
3. We may retain non-personally identifiable information (that was optionally supplied by you) for research/analysis purposes only,  e.g.
   • Birth Year
   • Gender
   • Activity Status (Active, Inactive, Retired)
   • Ability (1-10)
   • Locality / Country

If for any reason you are not able to self-delete your account via the app, then please do Contact Us directly, and we’ll process your request manually.

Better to have loved and lost, then never to have loved at all!
